Corporate Volunteer Program: What it is & How you Can Help

Downsview Services to Seniors offers a flexible and business-oriented Corporate Volunteer Partners Program that can help you meet the goals of your corporate philanthropy and human resources strategies. Participation in this program requires a minimum of two volunteers from your company to deliver Meals on Wheels once or twice a month depending on availability.

The Meals on Wheels Program provides a nutritious hot meal as
well as social contact and reassurance for our clients. The meals
are delivered to your office by 11 a.m. and it takes 1 to 1.5 hour to deliver them to the seniors in the surrounding community.

To thank you for being a Corporate Partner, we will recognize your company in our Quarterly Newsletter, Caring Matters, which has a circulation of 1000 households. Your company will also receive a Corporate Volunteer Plaque to place in your office as well as recognition on our website. On occasion, we may also feature
your organization in a newsletter article.
